1. What Spryntify is — and what it isn't

Spryntify takes a question you bring to it and shows you that question through a small handful of historic lenses — battles, business pivots, scientific breakthroughs, myths, methods, statecraft moves, patterns from nature. It is designed to provoke new angles of thought, not to tell you what to do.

Every output is a prompt for your own thinking, not a recommendation for you to follow. The lens applications, synthesis threads, and "try this soon" suggestions are conversational provocations — the sort of thing a wise colleague might say to make you reconsider an assumption. They are not professional advice, and nothing on this site should be relied on as such.

Specifically, Spryntify does not provide and is not a substitute for:

• legal advice from a qualified solicitor or attorney,
• medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice from a licensed professional,
• financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice from a qualified adviser,
• career, hiring, firing, or HR decisions,
• or any other regulated form of professional counsel.

The decisions you make after reading a Spryntify spread are entirely your own. If the stakes are real — legal, medical, financial, safety-critical — please consult a human professional qualified to advise on your specific situation. We are a lens; you are the decision-maker.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. Only authorised users should have access to your account, and you should implement reasonable measures to protect it.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws including the UK GDPR. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Spryntify for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, or to:

• attempt unauthorised access to the service or related systems,
• introduce malicious software,
• interfere with the proper operation of the service, or
• generate content that's unlawful, harmful, or designed to deceive others.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service and its content are owned by or licensed to Spryntify. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. The lens deck, vista artwork, prompts, and synthesis logic remain ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including, for clarity, any decision you make as a result of reading a Spryntify spread.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
